DESCRIPTION:Join Us for 4 Weekly Mood Walks This Fall!  \nMood Walks is a free\, community-based program that supports mental and physical well-being through gentle outdoor walks\, nature-based education\, and social connection. Each session offers a chance to enjoy the healing power of nature\, get active\, and connect with others in a safe\, supportive space. \nMood Walks sessions run once a week for four consecutive weeks\, with each walk lasting between 30 and 60 minutes.  By registering\, you’re signing up to participate each week as part of the full four-week series. \nEveryone is welcome.
